Our returns, refunds and cancellation policies
You may cancel your order for a full refund if your product has not yet been shipped.
Upon delivery, you have 24 hours to report to us either by phone or email any problems with the order or damage to the product.
Returns will only be accepted if faulty, damaged or not as ordered.
We will not accept returns or issue refunds for partially used or opened products or products were the bottle security seal is not intact. All products returned to us must be complete and returned in their original packaging.
To return an item to us you must first contact us either by phone: 020 7965 7330 or email: email@example.com to state the reason for the return and to obtain a returns authorisation number. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of your return package.
Any returned item that does not have a returns number will not be accepted.
Returning a product without complying with our returns policy as stated above will unfortunately deem your item(s) non-refundable.
