Returns and Refunds

You may cancel your order for a full refund if your product has not yet been shipped.

Upon delivery, you have 24 hours to report any problems or damage to the product.

Returns will only be accepted if faulty, damaged or not as ordered.

We will not accept returns or refunds for partially used or opened products or products not complete or returned in their original packaging.

To return an item you must first contact us either by phone: 020 7965 7330 or email: [email protected] to obtain a returns authorisation number. This must be clearly visible on the outside of your return package. Any returned item that does not have a returns number will not be accepted.
