Delivery Information
How the dispatch and delivery of your order works
We dispatch and send C60 oil all over the world. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday and all orders received before 4pm are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm are dispatched the next working day.
Orders are delivered free of charge in the UK via Royal Mail 1st class signed for postage. Orders can be upgraded to Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed next day for £5. Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world is £15 and is sent with Royal Mail international tracked and signed.
Delivery timescales are 1-2 days in the UK, 5-15 days for Europe and the rest of the world.
All services are trackable and a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email. Your parcel will require a signature upon delivery and can be sent to your place of work if required.
UK Delivery – Free
- UK orders are dispatched by via Royal Mail’s 1st class signed for service
- All orders are fully trackable and your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email
- A signature will be required on delivery
- Orders can be upgraded to Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed next working day for £5

- UK: Delivered within one to two working days
- Guaranteed special delivered the next working day

European Delivery – £15
- European orders are dispatched by airmail using Royal Mail’s international tracked and signed service
- All orders are fully trackable and your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email
- A signature will be required on delivery

- Europe: Delivered within five to fifteen working days

Customs:
We do everything we can to ensure customs clearance of your order, but we advise that you check with your local customs office before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied.
LDNRL will not be held liable for charges in the case of your order being stopped, charged for or disposed of at customs in any country.
International Delivery – £15
- International orders are dispatched by airmail using Royal Mail’s international tracked and signed service
- All orders are fully trackable and your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email
- A signature will be required on delivery

- ROW: Delivered within five to ten working days.
